Listen if it comes out that the Clinton campaign is the one who started this rumor I think it would absolutely finish her career in politics. I have to say that it would seriously turn me off and I am a HUGE supporter of her. I believe in political mud-slinging and recognize that it's a fact in political campaigns but this would be too over-the-top, even for me. Not because I am any fan of Michelle Obama or BO himself (they both disgust me beyond belief), but because I don't like deliberate and malicious lies of this magnitude. And I will guarantee you that the Clintons are both way above this kind of shitty politics. That is not their style at all. They'll fight to the end for what they believe in but I don't believe either one of them would EVER intentionally start a rumor of this type. They are good, honest people who have spent their lives standing up for others. Hate isn't something that's in their bones.

In addition, I'll say that I am absolutely positive that the Clinton campaign did NOT start this rumor. Hillary and Bill are both extremely intelligent people and would recognize the damage this would do to her credibility if it came out that her campaign started a rumor like this. It would serve no purpose at all because even if SDs swung her way for the time being it doesn't mean Obama would give up (which he wouldn't because his HUGE freakin' ego wouldn't let him) and HE would take it to the convention because the race is that close. If it came out the Clinton campaign was the one to start this rumor it would be the bombshell that ruined HER campaign and Obama would step right in. I see it as multiple rumors. One about the existence of the tape. The others about exactly when it's going to be released. If the tape continually doesn't show up when promoted, then it works against the belief that there is a tape.

I distinctly remember various forms of damaging evidence against BO were going to drop on April 11, April 18, and the Rush Limbaugh one on May 18th. Plus there was supposed to be press conference of some sort by someone on May 28th.

It is possible, though improbable, that the DNC is planning to do a bait and switch. But, here is what I think along those lines...

The DNC is not involved, but Hillary and Bill are. I think they know exactly what the RNC will put out there. Why? Because John and Hillary are friends, and have worked together on the floor. I strongly believe that the RNC would rather have a Clinton-McCain fight, because an Obama Presidency is too scary to them as well. I think Hillary needed to "suspend" so that any negative ads that the RNC dishes out could not be blamed on her. She waits in the wings, while Obama stumbles. It's TRULY refreshing to see that not all AA's have lost their damn minds... I don't understand why they support him solely based on skin color.... I mean he NEVER did anything for the poor AA community he represented in S. Chicago ... UNLESS he was getting something out of it!

The Cubans probably use his picture as a dart board. Not just that, but Obama talks about gay rights, then lets his friend rev meeks completely attack the gay community and he is one of the top ten rated gay-anti-activists in the country and Obama said nothing.

Yeah, but look at O.J. Was about as "Un-Black" as an African American could be. Never lived in AA neighborhoods. Never did anything for the AA Community. Did not associate with AA friends (only one and I can't remember his name) His kids attended an all-white private school. But the African American populus took up his cause simply because he was black . I always said that if the circumstances were reversed, ie: A caucasian sports star married to an AA woman, he would have been tried and hung in a nano second. Maybe I have no leg to stand on here because I am caucasian but it sure seems like Obama got most of his votes from the AA voters simply because he was AA.
