Done. Yes, lots of spam on the petition. The sponsor will no doubt use the control board to clean it up before he or she sends it to MSNBC.

Whoever wrote this--THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Petitions have more power than single letters.

P.S. to poster who can't get on: I couldn't begin to explain how I accidentally got to the right page--so sorry! Don't give up!

Murray, I am not very computer literate, but I was sent a picture of Obama on the phone. This needs to get out and I don't know how to do it. It would really add to the red phone ad. Can anyone help me to do this?

Signed the petition, but sometimes I think it only aggrevates the problem. Cornering someone, (Oberman), only makes them lash out worse. But, here's hoping.

I signed and left this comment:

Your characterization of Hillary Clinton as being an extreme underdog in this race and constant questioning whether or not she should drop out shows your complete and total bias. This is a very close race. Why aren't you questioning whether or not Obama should drop out? And if Senator Clinton was so much as mentioned in the same context as an indicted superdelegate backer, Kenya's Odinga, or a church with a murdered gay choir director, you would ALL OVER those stories, with non-stop coverage. But because it is Obama, we see no mention at all.

I signed as well and left this comment:

It is no secret that the media has always insinuated itself into the political arena and the great weight it carries. And the media hasn't always shown the best judgment. Hey! This election year you have something in common with one of the candidates - Sen. Obama. He's got less judgment than a two year old and you're right up there with him.

It's fine if you want to provide favorable coverage for Obama but not at the other candidates' expense. Your blatant display of sexism and hatred towards Sen. Clinton is despicable and the public is demanding that you straighten your act up.

I am boycotting MSNBC and the companies that advertise on its channels (and encouraging others to do the same) until MSNBC apologizes to Sen. Clinton and begins a truly fair and unbiased presentation of the FACTS in this presidential race. If you have trouble with deciphering the facts please let me know - I'll be more than happen to enlighten you. Of course, I am a woman so you might have trouble taking direction from me you bunch of male chauvinist pigs!!!

In the Rezko trial Obam's name came up again. Another lie. Obama said he hadn't ever met Iraqi businessman Auchi and he was at Rezko's house with him.Don't understand why the media is not playing this

I read the petition, but didn't sign it. First, I don't think that as women we gain by playing the "sexism" card. Isn't this the same objection some of us have when Obama's supporters use the "racism" card? In business and in politics, we as women must stand on our individual experience, ability to get the job done and to hang tough while showing grace under pressure. Second, the bias shown by MSNBC and other media outlets is much broader than an issue about a woman candidate. It's a political alliance with those in the Democratic Party who are ultra-liberal verging on socialist, the far left elite. MSNBC is also influenced by some in the Party who are very anti-Clinton, for narrow personal reasons. Unfair coverage? You bet. And we should strongly object on the grounds that it is, plain and simple, biased journalism. That's an argument that all Hillary's supporters and many independents, men and women, could support.

C'mon... All these guys are doing is showing how out-of-touch with 2008 America they are. They're whining like school boy bullies when they finally have to take a punch because their "golden boy" candidate messed up and showed his real face. Their remarks are so absurd they don't deserve to be taken seriously. .... The comment that got me was Matthews saying "modern women like Clinton are unacceptable to Midwest guys." Hey, what a put down of "Midwest guys." Stereotyping them like they're back in the dark age. I know quite a number of men in and from the Midwest who could sure set Mr. Matthews straignt !
