PLEASE SUBMIT COMMENTS TO CNN DIRECTLY

And if you leave a comment, please copy/paste here as evidence you did so as CNN has a very bad habit of not publishing pro-Hillary comments. If you list the comments we submitted, we can show what they are up to!

CNN) — Barack Obama's Chicago minister, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, is under fresh scrutiny, after an ABC News report Thursday shed light on some of his controversial sermons.

In one delivered last December, Wright argues Hillary Clinton's road to the White House is considerably easier than Barack Obama's because of his skin color.

"Hillary was not a black boy raised in a single parent home. Barack was," Wright says in a video of the sermon posted on YouTube.

"Barack knows what it means to be a black man living in a country and a culture that is controlled by rich white people. Hillary! Hillary ain't never been called a '******!' Hillary has never had her people defined as a non-person," a fiery Wright also says.

Sent Comment: Everybody knows that Barack Obama supports this minister and highly respects this minister. It is time to stop treating Obama with kid gloves. He is a grown man that must answer for his beliefs and past deeds and behaviors. It is pretty bad that the media thinks he needs a protector.
If anybody Hillary even remotely knew, made the type of comments such as those made by Rev. Jeremiah Wright, she would be bombarded with negativity from the press.

Well, since mine was the first comment I have to wonder where yours is. Did they not post it?

Anyway, here's mine:

But Obama has long maintained he is at odds with some of Wright's sermons, and has likened him to an "old uncle" who sometimes will say things he doesn't agree with. He has also specifically denounced Wright's 9/11 comments.

Gee, this appears to be a pattern with Obama . . . Rezko - Farrakhan - Rev. Wright . . . He has very close relations with people, they help him get his political career off the ground, raise money for him and donate their own funds to his campaign - then when it becomes politically necessary (but not until), he distances himself from their radical views or criminal undertakings. This doesn't make him trustworthy in my book.

Caveat emptor!

"Pastor" Wright comments, and those not described in the CNN article but on blogs and youtube, are extremely disturbing and outrageous! CNN and the rest of the MSM castigated Hillary Clinton for days over the comments made by Gerry Ferraro - even though Hillary did not make them and distanced herself from them. The MSM's rational for keeping the story in the headlines was that Gerry Ferraro was a part of Hillary's campaign. Well, Wright also is on a committee of Barak Obama's campaign, and the MSM has more or less poo-poohed the inflammatory comments as not being newsworthy. Obama needs to remove Wright from his campaign AND explain why he attends a church that promotes that kind of divisiveness and hate, why he contributes (one report said over $10K last year) to a church that promotes that kind of divisiveness. It is NOT enough for Obama to say it's like some old uncle that you don't always agree with. Obama's children attend this church - what influence does that kind of racial divisiveness have on those kids? Obama seems to have many people within his "circle" of advisers and friends that give me pause. Louis Farrakhan, Bernardine Dohrn who praised the Manson Family in 1969, Bill Ayers who bombed the Pentagon the next year. Do we really know who Obama is?

"Obama knows what it means to be a black man living in a country and a culture that is controlled by rich white people"

Give me a break!

Obama was born to a white mother and a father he had not seen since the age of 2, lived a multi-cultural environment far removed from racial anymosity (Hawaii) and is the product of Ivy League education. He hardly fits the description of the type "reverend" Wright claims America has been opressing!

Obama's pastor's hateful diatribe against Hillary Clinton, women and white people blows Geraldine Ferraros' seemingly innocent one line comment out of the water! How is it that Clinton is allowed to be crucified by Obama and the media for a truthful comment by one of her surrogates and yet Obama is not held accountable for the hatred spread by his pastor of 20 years? Explain this hypocrisy to me.

This pastor is basically advocating hatred of white people and white women, in particular. He is suggesting that such hatred is acceptable and that all and sundry should be held accountable for the actions of past generations that current white Americans had no part in. How dare this man dismiss the tremendous suffering that WOMEN have endured for centuries. How dare he. How many women, sisters, mothers and daughters have been victimized and oppressed at the hands of men. How dare he dismiss their suffering. How dare he.

The Audacity of ARROGANCE!

The Audacity of IGNORANCE!

The Audacity of HATE!

It's time for Obama to drop out of the presidential race. He is using racism, sexism and ageism to divide this country. It's appallingly irresponsible and a danger to the future unity of this country. He is not a uniter, he is a divider, and one who will stop at nothing in order to satisfy some narcissistic need to gain power at the highest level. A true Democrat would NEVER set about dividing the country in the manner that Obama has.

Sure, it would be nice to have a person of color as president - my partner is African-American and I have the upmost respect for people of color. Just not this one. His ethics are appalling - established ties to Rezko, Farrakhan and Pastor Wright!! And, by the way, what has Barack Obama done for the African-American community to deserve their unwavering support? Nothing. How bitterly disappointed and angry they will be when it becomes apparent to them how systematically Obama has used them to elevate and inflate his popularity.

OBAMA - LEAVE THIS CAMPAIGN NOW.

While I was at it, I left a comment at the latest "Political Ticker" article about Ferraro:

http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2008/03/14/ferraro-obama-camp-did-it-to-hurt-hillary/

The vitriol coming from Obama supporters never ceases to amaze me. You claim to support Obama because he's going to (magically) bring the country together, yet you have taken over every political blog with the most foul-mouthed, nasty and just plain mean words I've seen in my lifetime.

How can you say you want "unity" and for the people to "come together" when you are so obviously filled with hate for anyone who disagrees with you.

Shame on all of you.

Ain't that the truth. Obama's online team spread hate just like their leader. The have infected every corner of the Internet with their verbal violence - myspace, youtube, facebook, blogs, forums, new sites - their filth and hatred is EVERYWHERE and one of the principal reasons I established this forum - to escape their hatred and violence (even though they still try and infect this forum as well). And who is the inspiration for their hostility and violence? Barack Obama. Think about that.

These are all excellent, insightful responses! I posted a slightly edited version of what I said in the thread to the Hill Buzz guy. Will be curious to see if CNN prints it. BTW, I don't see even one comment (by anyone, anywhere) posted yet on the ticker site, and it's 10:05 a.m. Pacific as I edit this post. Curious...

What MSM would do If Hillary went to that church;

She will be dead! They will burn her in public.
They will curse that she burn in hell.
They will run the headline every hour, go over it again and again.
They will be riot on the street demanding her head.
And they won’t forget BilL & Chesea’s heads.

The reporters will mob in front of the church, try to interview every single person, the paster, etc. We won’t have peace until Hillary Clinton is eradicated from the surface of the earth.

If she went to that church, it would be a perfect dream for Olbermann.

Be fair.

YES YES YES.

If Hillary had been attending a racist church everyone would be asking for her head right now. Every newscaster would ask for her to step down and get psychological care.

Why the double standard??????

This is not the America we want. It's time that we end all racial preferences that have created this inequity. We have actually gone backwards and now must be apologetic for anything that is said in a public forum no matter how fair that critique may be, due to the "racist charge" that is now used as a method of gaining immunity from consequences.

CNN please post my comments.

Obama is going to this church for 20 years. It not his” old uncle”. It is his minister.
Obama could choose a different church if he disagrees with Rev. Jeremaih Wright.
Obama didn’t, he got married din this church, and he baptized his kids in this church.
One thing is your supporters saying something, another thing you go to church every Sunday and listen to this.
I am shocked. I didn’t pay attention to stories about Obama church until I saw this.
It is not acceptable.

Fox News has an article on Pastor Wright's outrageous comments and it is open for comments (moderated) - maybe we can get some posted there since CNN decided to close its article for comments and do a permalink instead.
Here's the link for the fox article (http://elections.foxnews.com/2008/03/14/obamas-spiritual-adviser-questioned-us-role-in-spread-of-hiv-sept-11-attacks/#comment-203113)

At the morning it was "add you comments". Now it is"premail" link.
I am guessing CNN will try to pull thi sstory out of web.
I watch it last night on CNN 360. It was so theatrical. Anderson was apologising for 15 minuts that they had to show it. After that all pro-Obama analusts including Candy ( don't you love her name) were saying "o, it is not a big deal". They try to shoosh it.

I just checked the comments. There are A TON of pro-Obama postings, a couple "who cares" and a couple of milk-toast pro-Hillary comments. I didn't see any of those shown here from any of us.

What's really interesting is that the times of the postings that do appear are well after those posted by us - and, as you recall, there were none showing when we posted our comments.

It says "comments are closed" now.

This is so blatant. I started to ask how they can get away with it - but the fact is they have and they will continue to. There really isn't a thing we can do about it, is there?

Obama must go at http://liberalrapture.com/

Obama must quit the race now for the good of the party. He chose to be a member of a racist church for 20 years. He was married by a thug who screams God Damn America! from the pulpit. His children were baptised by the same thug. Blood is in the water. Obama has shown a stunning lack of judgement and he deserves the full wrath of the mislead voters. SuperDelegates take note! Right thinking Democrats in districts across America are going to be up in arms. Switch to Clinton now. Thanks to ABC news we now know the truth. Obama is a fraud. If he is the nominee he will win Washington DC and that is all.

Not only do we need a Florida Michigan re-VOTE. WE NEED A NATIONAL RE VOTE.

OBAMA: LEAVE THE RACE NOW.

AMEN and Hallelujah!

Mr. Obama, you sir, need to step down immediately.
