Here is some information to respond to the Roe v Wade argument Dems make to persuade a Dem from voting for McCain.

Roe vs Wade will NEVER be overturned.. This is the 21st Century it wont happen - no matter who is President. The one thing I don't like is Obama's stand on obortion of 7month fetus and lack of medical attention for those who survive. That to me is the ultimate death knell.

Suffice this to say….There is little indication regarding what kind of justice picks a President will make; and even the President doesn’t know how the justice will vote, once on the bench. What is clear is that John McCain has said he will not choose justices based on overruling Roe v. Wade. We have also learned through history that Congress can block very conservative picks that they fear will overturn the Roe v. Wade ruling.

With that, I feel very comfortable choosing a president based on several factors and issues versus one single issue.

This is the most important part.
