It has to be investigated first. If we can get it officially under investigation, that is enough to stir the pot with in the MSM. One way to get the D.O.J. to take action if they are hesitant to do so, is to say, "Our group wants to do the same thing with the official seal, immediately. So if Obama can do it, we can do it, and we are informing you in advance so that there is full disclosure beforehand."
I have successfully used this tactic before with gov. agencies to get them to draw a conclusion right then and there about particular issues (not this one). It forces their hand. Otherwise, they will just lazily sit on it.

I'm still shaking my head and hearing Jay Leno say "What the hell were you thinking"? Exactly what the hell WAS he thinking?
