WOW...can't believe how hard this is hitting Obama. Can't say that I'm disappointed, though. Doesn't what goes around, come around?
HIS WORST POLL RESULT EVER!!
THIS IS BAD....
How serious is the news about Senator Obama and Rev Jeremiah Wright, Jr?
not a big deal 10% (1710 votes)
very important - could be fatal to his presidential race 89% (14954 votes)
not sure 1% (161 votes)
Total Votes: 16825

Yes, these are the consequences of his actions. Eventually, Universal Laws always win out...

This poll is important. This is going to fall out of sight unless we, and the Republicans keep it going. I just read an article on the NYT site that paid me want to puck. And we know what Anderson Cooper's interview is going to be like.

If I was an obama aide i'd be serious worried right now.
The reason being is that if there wasn't more to this story I don't think obama would have kept quite for this long. I'm sure he would have brought this up early in the campaign to ensure it didn't blow up in the long run.
That fact that he didn't suggest to me there is more to this than meets the eye.

It's about time all our blogging on news sites paid off.
It's so nice to see him getting what he deserves.
I hope Oprah's rein falls as well.
I want to thank everyone here for all the support. I also want to thank you all for helping keep us up to date by posting links to vote in news polls.
I was watching H&C and was pretty pleased in what I saw, of course a couple of the people were still sticking by bo but I think a stronger voice of reason was being the loudest.
What I did find funny was bo's way of dodging questions with his round about answers. He still never said he would not have any more to do with Wright.
He kept referring to him as an uncle and in a previous statement he made a statement saying that is you had an uncle who said things you did not agree with you would not disown him .........hmmm seeing as bo thinks and constantly refers to him as an uncle I don't see bo staying away from Wright.

well, bad for him, good for us;). i'm especially surprised how many people said in the AOL poll, that it changed their picture of Obama...i mean, i thought the Fox News poll was dominated by republicans, but i don't think that's the case anymore, if the AOL poll looks so similar...

I think we owe this to Geraldine Ferraro for speaking out in the first place and not apologizing for telling the truth. She got the ball rolling whether it was intentional or not. The best part of it is that while all of this is going on Hillary is
still out there campaigning and spreading her message.

I want to say thanks to all the bloggers here and on the old site who kept what we knew under the surface until the media picked it up. We have to stay positive about Hillary-she is the best candidate-because John McCain is also coming under fire for his views.
I think that the reason that we had so many trolls on the old site was because they knew what we knew and it was driving them crazy. I went over to BO's site and my comment is being viewed before it WON'T be posted.
They must have working on what they were going to blog all night last night.
Anyway, I'm meeting with Bernie G. on Sunday to talk about getting more volunteer for Hillary and to go to PA.
The delegates have no other choice but to pick Hillary as the nominee. How can we have a president who goes to a church that is racist and hates America?
Have a great night everyone!

Yes, we need to keep this out there by blogging and sending emails, etc. to news organizations. I have a lot of links in my signature.
I've spent to last several days sending tips and requests for investigative reporting on this Rev. Wright thing.
Also, I recently did some checking and find that Obama is only 6+% black, 50% white (his mother) and 43+% Arab African.
If he doesn't know his true racial composition, then another BIG oversight on his part and if he does, he lied about it on law school apps, etc. referring to himself as black because legally he is NOT.
I asked them to check into this too because blacks are voting for him in huge #'s thinking he's black like them. He's more white like us/me.
But he's still a liar and a narcissist.

I thought she was a member of the same church? I remember reading that in the past.;) Are Harpo Inc. or Oxygen publicly traded companies? We should all short them.

Did you hear Anderson ask Bo at the end if he would you sing the pledge and he never answered. he said"I wont sing it here" he never said he would sing it. he never gives direct answers. I think that man is behaving in a occult manner. It's about time all our blogging on news sites paid off.

I'd say his true colors are starting to shine through.
I wonder if oprah is still planning on meeting him in Indiana to help him campaign?
He seriously is so uncommitted he can't even commit to his own answers.
He drives me insane with all his babble.
Did yo see the interview with Wright? OMG that was something else. Talk about a cult leader. But I did see where bo got his talent for not answering questions. Wright taught him well.

Also Friday, the United Church of Christ issued a 1,400-word statement defending Wright and his "flagship" congregation. The statement lauded Wright's church for its community service and work to nurture youth and the pastor for speaking out against homophobia and sexism in the black community.
"It's time for all of us to say no to these attacks and to declare that we will not allow anyone to undermine or destroy the ministries of any of our congregations in order to serve their own narrow political or ideological ends," John H. Thomas, United Church of Christ's president, said in the statement.
Sounds like the church wants him to leave if he does not agree with their racist beliefs. HEHEHEHE!!!!

He doesnt sing the pledge because the pledge has GOD in it. Somehow either he's against the christian faith or he's a muslim (less likely).

Would you trust your children to be raised by the person?
Would you trust leaving your kids with the person?
Would you trust a business deal with the person?
Would you buy a car from the person? (the old Nixon problem)
His life is a hidden story, his wife is over the edge, his spiritual mentor is a hate monger, and he doesn't show respect to women, the flag, or the nation.
What more do you need to make a decision that he not only is not qualified by experience and track record, he is disqualified on any rational test of worthiness.
The Media will run interference for him and try to knock this down.
Every single VFW and American Legion post in America should have the Rev Wright YouTube versions, better yet, the DVD's played for their members.
This must be the goal in the next week.
No one should allow this hate mongering to enter the White House.

O'bama is not going to get a free pass on this one. How many years did he say he was affiliated with Jeremiah Wright? 18 years. Lordy, and to think that his two little girls will be indoctrinated by this man and his philosophy of hatred.
Obama says that (wouldn't commit to disavowing himself from his church, just the man) you have to understand the plight of the black man in America, in a somewhat defense of Wright, and understand that they are angry. (good spin in order to keep the AA vote with him).
The way I see it is this: No. one, he should never have appointed Wright as the spiritual leader on his campaign.
No. 2. He should have walked out when he heard any political crap at any time and not pulled the "bad uncle" bull crap.
No. 3. He is not an uncle, but a spiritual leader who is going to influence your children's thinking.
No. 4. His wife would be wise to say: "For the first time in my life, I feel as though my church has betrayed me" Hello! yeah right!

Funny thing on the way to the tv stations, and newspapers ...they are protecting BO and THIS NEEDS TO NOT GO AWAY... one of the sermons was on Christmas Day someone needs to find BO and his family there for Christmas 2007... It is disturbing to hear K.Olbermann interview BO yesterday (and notice how they apologize for bothering him with such trivia... and how BO then "apologizes he is late and hopes it won't cut into thier scheduled programming" it is sickening-Geraldine F. must be working harder now to make more money for HIllary!!!) anyway then the kicker comes when K.O. says to BO , well these sermons are all over the news today and I do not see any reason for playing them again..." WHAT how many times have they played Bill reaching over to Monica in the crowd of people with the big hug when they were reporting on Spitzer? EVERY TIME THEY reported on Spitzer all the shows talked about "oh, yes, this is aproblem for all the candiadates and re-runs of Gary H, Bill... on and on... " BUT THESE INFLAMATORY SERMONS do not get replayed the ones that tell AMERICANS they are at fault and 911 is it consequence and cursing America and defaming Hillary... and the subtittle of his sermon was "why some folks don't like BO" so maybe he has influenced that AA vote because this sermon was at Christmas time and that is when thgs started to change...
BO is not taking enough responsiblity and it is absolutely amazing that for 20 years he could go to a church and not know what his pastor is saying? HOW DOES anyone believe this?
PLEASE do not think this is going to stay in the media if everyone is silent about it... WHERE IS THE OUTRAGE????? TRUSTING THAT HILLARY HAS A BETTER INVITATION TO THE AA community than HATRED and DAMNATION for anyone not them... COME ON HILLARY talk to us on this matter!!!!!! GO HILLARY!!!!!
I believe he needs to step down NOW and let this go because this is NOT GOOD FOR OUR COUNTRY ...this is divisive HE IS NOT A UNIFIER and he is not forth coming about anything...

fox and abc are doing journalistic work.
a couple of years i was looking into churches and i looked into the United Church of Christ. i still get some of their literature - they have some interesting biblical stories. BUT i did not join them because they believe that Americans are descending from the Israelites and that we will play a pivotal role in the end times.
There is no basis in historical fact to this claim of being descendants. that is why i rejected this church.
i would not join any church where the minister used the Lord's name in vain to make a point.
i don't believe for a second that BO didn't understand wright's true character.
i'd have to be drinking BO cool-aid to believe that.
YOU SHALL KNOW THE TRUTH, AND THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE!
GO HILLARY - WE LOVE YOU WE ARE WITH YOU ALL THE WAY TO THE WH!
