Yeah. From colon cancer. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. My mother had colon cancer. Thank God they got it early and now she is cancer free. Colon cancer is an awful way to go.

I feel so bad. He really gave it a valiant fight. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. He really was good at what he did. I will miss seeing him. What a terrible thing to happen and so young.

Very upsetting. My dad died of kidney cancer at 58, and I thought that was young. As I approach my 53rd bday, it gives me pause. He certainly fought valiantly. Sending prayers for his wife and young children. :(

His politics were different than mine. But I enjoyed listening to him.
He was passionate about politics and was very kind to his guests. He was always smiling, had that twinkle in his eye, and made me laugh.
He will be missed. He was a genuine nice guy...prayers to his wife and family.
