Wow!
In how many states did he take over the lead by now?
A lot!
Superdelegates ... forget about the Obama-Dollars in your pockets and face the truth:
There won't be a democratic president in the White House if BHO is the nominee.

McCain now needs Indiana and Ohio. RCP has Obama lead in both states at +0.5 percent. Half a percentage point.

An McCain has barely spent a dime. I think this country is getting to see so much of BO what with his non-stop onslaught that the more they see, hear and read, the less they like him. I also think the books that have come out are having an effect as well.

Whoopie! Our hard work here is paying off. I work in the McCain Campaign headquarters (not going to say which city because of trolls) but most of you who know me know which city!
I would venture to guess it is about 65-35 here in favor of McCain!!:):):)
Of course, once Hillary is the nominee, I'll switch back to HER!!

It will not be good for the DNC to come to Denver with McCain in the lead in Colorado. McCain needs to keep that lead!

Obama leads in his homestate of Illinois by only 11 percent. You would think he would lead by over 20 or 30 percent!

Woo hoo!! That map is so beautiful. It will look better if it was all red.....except if Hillary is the nominee of course.
Obama leads in his homestate of Illinois by only 11 percent. You would think he would lead by over 20 or 30 percent!
I have at it 11 percent because the last poll was released on July 8, 2008. Prior to that the last poll was taken in February. I'm trying to keep tabs on all polls after Jun. 8, 2008.
Source 1 (With all the old polls): RCP (http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2008/president/il/illinois_mccain_vs_obama-602.html)
Source 2 (Must current poll): Rasmussen (http://rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/election_20082/2008_presidential_election/illinois/election_2008_illinois_presidential_election)
If the trends are anything like the rest of the states, I really think his lead is down to a low single digit. Check out the neighbouring states around Illinois.

Yep. If becomes the nominee, then I'm all for a completely red map.
Just an update on this -
CNN has barely reported this (it has been about 3 days since this story broke)
