McCain/Palin 08

After they spend millions on that ridiculous spectacle in Denver( Athenian temple ala Britney Spears Stuidio) they have the gall to call and beg for money today in Florida.
What pleasure it was to tell them that the Democrats are basically 'dead' to me after what they did to Hillary.
Anyone else?

What about their recent announcement that, thanks to Sarah Palin, the campaign raked in $10 million in one day?
That couldn't have been an exaggeration could it?

He has to start paying ACORN overtime since the race has heated up.
John Bon Jovi is asking $30,000+ (yes you read that correctly) per person for a private fundraiser for BO at his own house in New Jersey.

I got one today too. What amazes me is that they called me on my cell. I was very happy to say, " NOBAMA, Dean, Brazile and every person on DNC bi law committee can go F*** themself in Macy's window as far as I am concerned. I told him NOBAMA was an illegitimate candidate and both my hubby and I maxed out on contribution to Hillary, but all the contributions my family was going to make to DNC to help get Hillary elected in General election has been sent to McCain and RNC and Mr. Dean has had copy of those checks sent to him back in March when my hubby and I were begging him to count our votes in Florida."

Today I got a mailing, 42 cents postage, from the Columbus Ohio democratic party chairman, Chris Redfern. Inside there was a piece of card stock that said, "Dear XXXXXXX,
I am with Barack.
-Chris"
So what the F**k is this? I am with Barack...so...does that mean if I am not with Barack I am against him??!! Well, this is true, but it sounds more like a Fascists statement to me. If I don't say I am with him, then what? Personally I think this was an extremely stupid waste of money and paper. I don't give a flying "bleep bleepidy bleep" if he is for Barack. I'm not voting for him and I am sick of listening to him. Leave me, my phone, and my mailbox alone. Save a tree.

They provided the lovely gift bags anyway. I'm sure AT&T was mighty glad about Obama's FISA vote...

BO never exaggerates:rolleyes:
Let's say he did rake in a 10 mil haul. With the way he spends money, that could be all he has left:D
McCain walked away with what, 200 mil after last night?

I don't understand, what is this deal with the Public Financing for the campaign that Barack and McCain both agreed to do? Then Barack broke his word but McCain is still keeping his word?
I thought McCain couldn't accept any more money from the public after 8-31
Can someone please explain it to me?

Awesome...thanks for the picture, yeah, FISA....thanks, Barack for that core democratic vote...
By the way these are actual bags...not a hoax photo, right?
And, P.S. isn't this the candidate that was against the corporations? That's why this bag must be a hoax. Someone, please tell me is this for real?

Correct, the email I received from Palin goes to a PAC:
Paid for by McCain-Palin Victory 2008
A joint fundraising committee by and composed of the Republican National Committee, the Michigan Republican Party, the Missouri Republican State Committee, the Ohio Republican Party State Central & Executive Committee, the Republican Federal Committee of Pennsylvania, and McCain-Palin Compliance Fund."

Why is the AT&T logo just bigger than the convention information? Can you imagine the name being changed to the AT&T Center formally known as the White House?

Wasteful spending. That's the kind of person we need signing a budget for our country.

Notice it doesn't say Obama FOR President. What arrogance, his own presidential "seal", replacing the American flag on his plane with his logo, I will be one depressed puppy if he wins.

I did hear Hannity say that in order to counter the Republican's claim that he'd never run anything, Obama was saying he was running his campaign. To which, Hannity commented that he wasn't doing a very good job of it, since they had FAR less money on hand than McCain did. Hannity then asked if THAT'S who we wanted running our government!
