Oh please, he sounds desperate. Here is a clip of what he said at a Nevada rally:

"I need you to go out and talk to your friends and talk to your neighbors. I want you to talk to them whether they are independent or whether they are Republican. I want you to argue with them and get in their face," he said.

"And if they tell you that, 'Well, we're not sure where he stands on guns.' I want you to say, 'He believes in the Second Amendment.' If they tell you, 'Well, he's going to raise your taxes,' you say, 'No, he's not, he's going lower them.' You are my ambassadors. You guys are the ones who can make the case."

Is it just me or does this actually sound a little scary?? If an Obot gets in my face, the lipstick will come off, I guarantee you.

He just told them to lie.

Why don't they ask him about his answer in the questionnaire in Chicago? He answered yes for a complete gun control ban.

He will raised tax for the people with gross income above 250k. And that will hit a lot of small business owners.

If they are in my face, I will stick it to them.

The army of Obots. Don't bother to actually look at Obama's record. Just go out and argue the case. He encourages stupidity, rather than independent thinking.

Does email "terrorism" count as get in your face??? Cuz am getting it from several Dem friends who STILL can't believe I am for McCain/Palin. Or rather don't see why I won't vote for BO.

I'm tired of their bombardment. I simply send them that LONG list of all his lies... and yet, I still hear from them. Funny how they completely ignore that list...like it doesn't exist!

Sheesh.

Eek. I went too far on my thoughts on brainwashed mob mentality, it looks like. ::Steps back::

If Obama wants to woo the center, getting his mob to lie and get in people's faces is not going to go over well.

If this was filmed, it could be potentially very damaging in an ad.

He wants to blame Bush, he wants to blame McCain, but the truth is the Democrats refused to do something when McCain told them back in 2005 that something needed done about Fannie Mae. So, we are expected to believe that Obama will unify the country when he is asking his supporters to fight with their friends to pressure them into voting for him. This is the same type of UNITY that Hitler promoted.

I think it may be a good idea if we all re-read the novel 1984.

I only discuss the election with friends and family. We are on both sides of this election but I don't think anyone is trying to sway anyone else. If anyone does, I'll just tell them my vote is private and bug off.

At work there is no political talk. We are in county government, so maybe that's the reason. I like to think that we respect each other and so there is no stepping over the line. We discuss football, baseball, movies, tv, etc. but rarely elections or politics.

A lot of dictatorships have started with the mob mentality... Just a note. I won't take that further. It's a historical thing.

You know what also caught my attention in Nevada? And it really got on my nerves. Barack Obama 'joked' that McCain says he's going to take on the "Good Old Boys" and then repeated that phrase about half a dozen times incredulously. What arrogant, thinly-veiled ageism. Ugh.

so... does this mean the new politics of hope during the primaries was an illusion?

I don't want to fight anyone so I'd probably just walk away from confrontation but this knid of intimidation and the commands from the "Obama Action Line" to silence the radio station in Chicago who had the author of "The case against Barack Obama" is frightening.

I really do fear if the justice department falls into the hands of these people.

i have a vote mccain/palin in my car window, my co-worker asked me just yesterday, "SURPRISED YOU HAVEN'T HAD A ROCK THROW THROUGH YOUR WINDOW", my response was, "if i do, i have a hotline right to the police, and i will not hesitate to point the finger, and bring assault charges if necessary, I ENDED THE CONVERSATION BY SAYING, "NEVER F**K WITH PEOPLE IN LIFE WHO HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE", SOMETIMES IN LIFE ONE MUST LOWER THEMSELVES AND FIGHT BACK RATHER THAN LET THE IGNORANT WIN

THIS COUNTRY IS IN A SHAMBLES AND WE THE PEOPLE HAVE ALLOWED IT BY NOT TAKING ISSUES WITH WHAT IS HAPPENING, OUR "GOVERNMENT" HAS ALLOWED THE PROBLEMS WE FACE TODAY TO TAKE PLACE, YET WE KEEP PUTTING THE SAME PEOPLE BACK IN OFFICE, SUCH AS THE BIDENS, THE RANGELS, THE DODDS, THE REIDS, THE PELOSI'S, FEINSTEINS, BOXER, THESE ARE THE SAME PEOPLE THAT CONTINUALLY TELL YOU WE ARE FOR THE PEOPLE, NO THEY ARE NOT, THEY ARE LITTLE BY LITTLE SENDING THIS COUNTRY INTO A DOWNWARD SPIRAL THAT IS GETTING WORSE BY THE DAY

"DALLAS (AP) - The battered reputation of Josh Howard took another hit this week when an online video surfaced showing the Dallas Mavericks forward disrespecting the national anthem.

Just Joshing? Josh Howard is taking some heat after his controversial remarks about the Star Spangled Banner. Not sure what all the fuss is about? Watch Howard's rant HERE. In a video posted on YouTube, Howard is shown on a football field at a charity flag football game. As the national anthem plays in the background, Howard approaches a camera and says: "'The Star Spangled Banner' is going on right now. I don't even celebrate that (expletive). I'm black."

AND THIS IS WHAT WE WANT IN OFFICE, BURN THE FLAG, AND WRITE THEIR OWN, IF THEY WANT TO KEEP ANNOUNCING THEY ARE AA"S FROM AFRICA, NO ONE IS KEEPING THEM HERE, THE EXITS ARE MARKED, GO BACK TO YOUR HOMELAND AND LIVE, WORK THERE, START A FRESH NEW LIFE IN YOUR HOME COUNTRY, YOU KEEP RUBBING IT IN PEOPLES FACES ANYWAY, WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO STAY HERE IF YOU FEEL YOUR NOT WANTED, STOP CALLING YOURSELVES AMERICANS, FILE FOR AFRICAN CITIZENSHIP, AND LEAVE, AND GOD BLESS YOUR NEW LIFE ELSEWHERE

I can only say, bring it on.... get in my face and I think they'll leave the conversation in embarrassment when they can't explain what has BHO done....

I'll share a new story from last week... A person stopped at my house and she rang the doorbell and explained to me that she's a strong Hillary supporter and she wanted to know why I had McCain signs out next to my Hillary signs.... I told her that McCain is obviously my 2nd choice and he's proven to me that he'll put his Country First; and that all through BHO's career to-day, he's always puts himself first! She is an undecided Democrat at this point, so I went on to explain all of BHO's flip-flops, etc.... I think she left taking a 2nd look at the McCain/Palin ticket! :)

All this anger frightens me. I hope John McCain is able to diffuse this situation and get this country back on track with people behaving with civility and kindness towards one another.

When I read the quote about getting in faces, I wondered if it was a veiled threat. Vote for me or face riots. I must admit, it put me back on my heels. It did the trick. It made me afraid. I am afraid to get out and stump for McCain door-to-door. I am afraid to put a bumpersticker on my car or a sign in my yard.

Then I thought of the consequences to our country if Obama is elected. I'm off to go knock on doors in Virginia.

All these intimidation stories... its so horrible to think people like that want to vote Obama into presidency. Come on, he had to know about the intimidation tactics being used at the caucuses. By not saying anything, he is encouraging it. That is scary.

I've heard and read of a number of people afraid to put NObama stickers on their car, in their yards, etc. Now, I've never had any political sticker on my car. Up until now I haven't felt that strongly one way or the other. But, I have NEVER had a second's though about someone bashing in my window because of a Kerry or Bush sticker. The other day I pulled up beside someone with a NObama sticker in his window (I still have a Hillary sticker on my car) and told him I liked his sticker. He said, "I'm waiting to have my tires slashed."

Oh, but I supposed I'm being racist by being afraid to put a NObama sticker on my car. Well, all you have to do is read how the caucuses were handled to know you have reason to worry. THUG politics. Is this how our country will be under an Obama presidency?

This is the MAIN headline at Drudge right now. The word is officially out.

Bots don't need to have facts explained to them, because they... believe.

CNN showed Obama workers going door to door the other day in Indiana. They traveled in pairs to each door, and tried to talk voters into registering AND voting for Obama. CNN said that day they were only able to find one who would support Obama.

On the tape, you could hear one guy in his garage telling them, "It's about the man. I don't know him!" - an obvious reference to Obama.

To bots who think they can intimidate me for my vote: "Feeling lucky, punks?"

Good. Thinking about it, Obama might just have done the country a favor, if he loses, and I hope that he does. The blatant lies, intimidation, racism, and sexism of his campaign might just force people to take a closer look at both the nomination process and the election process. For a long time, the moveon/Soros contingent has been opposing voter ID requirements, engaging in some of the worst mudslinging ever, and pouring cash into elections to unduly influence them. It seems as if people are getting tired of it.

If an obot gets in my face, that obot better ask the messiah what to do after he gets punched in the nose by a PUMA.

I will add that I may only be 5'2'', but my husband is 6'6'' and he doesn't take it well when anyone gets in his face, if they're tall enough to do it. And if I can't handle my own, than he is always willing to stand up for me.

I worry about the millions - yes, probably millions, who are unaware or simply don't know what or who to believe. People have a tendency to want to be fair and attribute some truth, and some good, to each side. We are really up against it with the constant reinforcement of BO by CNN, MSNBC and others. The McCain campaign has to get tougher, while at the same time offering a firm, positive vision for people to get excited about, or at least believe in.

"I want you to argue with them and get in their face," [Obama] said.

Oh yeah, that will bring a lot of people on board. This guy is losing his mind!

Yeah.

If they get in my face, I'll knock them on their ass.

See how that works out for them.

I believe the McCain campaign should make an ad out of it.

This is proof why there is so much hate and foulness in the blogs and comment sections on the net. He encourages these people through his propoganda.

Won't he please go back to Chicago??

Who has the contact info for the McCain campaign?? Let's push for an ad. People need to know this about a potential President.

Wow, what a great leader---tell's his people to go out and harrass people and lie to them. How Marxist and Machiavellian! in short....how Obama!

I would NOT recommend any Obot getting in my face. That would not be a good thing.. although outside of work, I wear my PUMA shirts which make pretty clear I'm not for Obama without even mentioning his name.

Sarah Palin was in Florida today and I watched it on Fox News and Sarah brought this up, I was Cheering her when she talked about this

She said, that does Not sound like the politics of hope that our opponent(obama) always talks about.

It's scary that Obama is directing his supporters to be aggressive. It's scarier that a lot of them will probably go out and do it. The last thing in the world I want is to be cornered by a hostile Obama supporter spouting craziness at me.

And
GO BACK TO YOUR HOMELAND AND LIVE, WORK THERE, START A FRESH NEW LIFE IN YOUR HOME COUNTRY

I know what Josh Howard said was very disrespectful, but I think we need to be careful with these kind of responses.

Its time we stop playing nice here with those disgusting freaking fools

I'm with Vanity. We need to lay them out every single time they approach us in an intimidating fashion, or begin slurs and accusations of racism. If we keep allowing them to get away with this, that will only encourage their use of such tactics.
