Part II starting now on the east coast...
She was asked what had happened when her son was deployed.
She stated that she was being a mother, and her son told her not to worry, that this was his decision...
Laura Cereta

Palin's son to her about his deployment: "Mom, I belong to the army now; I belong to America." WOW. (He's hot, too!)

Hear that, Bots?!?!? :rolleyes::mad::rolleyes::mad:
:D She just made fun of the 30 opposition researchers in Alaska.
Hopefully they will spend their money on Alaskan goods and services :D

She is doing well again tonight. Loved the answer to all the operatives and "journalists" in Alaska....she says it's good for Alaska....they can spend their money there, she's not worried or annoyed. She is very relaxed and confident.
"...Awww....I didn't mean to hurt his feelings..."
lol

Sarah says the American people are looking for examples of what people have done, not just rhetoric. :D (uh, BO)

Up next-
Sarah Palin's view on the negative attacks on her and the false rumors that are floating around.
She's been doing great so far.

I do like SP and she is reminding me of HRC BECAUSE THEY BOTH SPEAK WELL I know they are different people and hold different opinions and views... however, I appreciate the thoughtful responses she offers ... of course Hillary did this all the time and even more and she was so poo pooed it makes me sick what has been done to her however with Scarlet Ohara "I will worry about that tomorrow..." right now PLAN B
Hannity is asking her about all the negative attacks.
The abortion comment is appalling.

Her response on the question of the shots she is taking ... very similar to Hillary's response.
Said she has some thick skin. Good answer.
"...no desire to ban books..."
"...never been part of party that wanted to secede from the U.S."

No wonder the OBotts, were trying to dig up dirt in her e-mails. Not much dirt here, pretty clean to me. :)
She makes it clear on the "Tasergate" situation.

Says 'Harry Potter' was not even written when she was in that office yet ended up on the 'Sarah's banned books' list. Sarah must be psychic. Banning a book not even written yet? Now that's looking ahead!
Of course, the rest of smears were lies, as we all knew. Clarified her positions well. I'm satisfied. More than satisfied.

I see a lot of similarities between Sen. Clinton and Gov. Palin. Their politics might be different, but their characters seem a lot alike.

All her answers were great but the BEST and most magnanamous, states-woman-like was the answer to people smearing her and saying her only qualification is she hasn't had an abortion and other nasty things.
She said she was going to keep it all in perspective and realize the shots she's taking are nothing compared to someone losing a child or spouse in Iraq or losing their home due to foreclosure and that sort of thing.
SHE IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! :)

Inspiration: Reagan, Thatcher, Lincon - quite good.
Hannity is doing a great job of interviewing. He is able to reach into depths and pull out info and give us greater insight into the person.

IMO Reagan was the greatest President of my lifetime, by far, so I love that answer! I'm a "Reagan Republican" at heart.
If McCain / Palin can get anywhere close to his greatness, they'll really turn things around in this country.

I think the interview has been solid but respectful. Sean Hannity has asked a balance of questions but he has neither tried to catch her nor was he too easy. I think it was a great interview.
Although I think Governor Palin is articulate and speaks well, I do think she should shorten some of her answers a bit. I heard a body language expert comment on that following her ABC interview and I agree with it.

Poor Alan, he is getting so upset, after each segment you can see he understands that the Titanic Ticket doesn't stand a chance.
Gov. Palin is the real deal, just like Sen. Clinton, her passion comes from her motivation to serve the people of this Country, to improve our lives and not to improve their own lives. And in this interview, without being looked down on by Gibson, Gov. Palin is opening up and revealing more of herself...and it is all good.
Poor Alan, now he has to try and dismiss what he knows he just witnessed...the next VP of The United States of America.

Authentic.. is precisely the opposite of the pretentious Obama.

Colmes asked Newt, "When Palin answered the question about Women groups who are not supporting her...?" Hannity and Newt started to laugh hysterically... Colmes said he was glad he was making their day with laughter. "Do you think she was the best VP pick?"
New answered, "You ask if she was the best choice, when Biden was picked over Hillary who got 18 million votes?"
Everyone in the studio was laughing and Colmes said that they're there all week and tip your waitresses... "comedy central" comparison.

She is not a whiner like Obama who said don't attack Michelle belle.
Look how well woman is behaving, shame on you Obama.
AUTHENTIC is exactly the first adjective I used to describe her. Authentic.. is precisely the opposite of the pretentious Obama.
Yes, she has a great ability to reach people through her "realness." I can't see the American people passing her up the way the DNC let Hillary go. And she's great in combination with McCain. What a ticket! :)

I heard this to but I only noticed one question near the start where she went on but compared to BO or Bidden she is speed racer.

Avoid the comments: they are disgraceful.
Palin comes off as an extraordinary person to me.
Even when she was a little tense under Gibson's interrogation, she never once showed a moment of bitterness (or even distraction) from all she's constantly being put through. She always stays focused, on point, and looking ahead. Very admirable, and remarkable.

What a great interview - she is so down to earth and direct. She said many things dear to my heart especially taking this country back and making government work for the people.
Way to go Sarah - the gift that keeps on giving.

My favorite part of the interview was when she said:
"Ah, I certainly didn't mean to hurt his feelings."
Speaking of the faux outrage from Obama about her community organizer comment.
Of course, she was just getting even for his crack about small-town mayors.
