I heard on local news she was doing fund raisers in Chicago for Obama but that it was also fund raising for herself to pay off her debt.

If she'd do nothing at all or just a little bit the DNC would blame her for BHO losing in November. But she has to stay in line in order to clean this mess which is known as the Democratic party when BHO is done.
