Given the choice between Barack Obama or Glenn Beck running the country, my support would be firmly behind Obama. I refuse to watch the video - can't tolerate Beck's arrogance and sense of self-importance.

This is the man that cried on camera the other day, yet made fun of Hillary when she cried in New Hampshire. He has nothing to say I want to hear.

I'm guessing this thread was posted to highlight this thread.

The one where the left is being overtaken by the right and the right can't handle a discussion with the left.

For the record, I don't like Glenn Beck one bit, but googling this site would suggest he was a hero a few months ago.

And most of those people have left this forum.

You are on a roll tonight. I still think you should change that "independent" label to something more descriptive.

Depends on which days you mean!?! HCF has been through so many different phases, and so many twists and turns, I can't keep track!

All this video does is further prove Glenn Beck is nothing but a clown.

Glenn Beck has a good schtic going on... he's a third rate comic (being generous) who like a lot of recovering alcoholics is now a religious whackjob with a messianic complex he myrters. "I don't want to be right all the time!" "I hate being the only one to see and understand and have to pass the message on" "Don't hate the messenger" blah blah blah...

So while I agree that O-bowdown-ma is out of control with their Evita Rainbow Tours and flying in pizzamen 600 miles to make him a pie, and while I agree that we need common sense in the White House and Congress especially, I dont' find Glenn's antics funny or even having proved his point.

Cried? I watched in disbelief as Beck SOBBED through an entire segment. It may have been his first show, but he's done it since. He was so overcome he really wasn't able to make himself understood, at least to me.

He also engages in some incredibly goofy skits with people. This has to be about ratings.

Your right, he was sobbing like a big boob. It was insanity to watch. I was amazed at his hypocrisy, and that people take this asshat seriously.

You probably have never watched him and have little to no understanding of what he is even talking about, as he actually makes incredibly good points that most others in the media are too ignorant or fearful to take up.

As for his crying, that's because hs a sap who gets over-emotional on some things sometimes.

And I would choose Glenn Beck over Obama running the nation in a heartbeat policy-wise, emotion-wise I don't know, don't want a guy who will cry over something in the White House:)

Why? And Obama is not arrogant?
