Are you next going to go after the gun magazines...you know the ones that tell the people how "it used to be"?? Because then you are crossing over into first amendment rights..who should determine what people should read?

I watched this report on 60 minutes and hope and pray that Diane Feinstein is able to get to work on this, and soon, before too many more wackos get hold of a semi automatic weapon and start hunting down innocent people.

I grew up in a family that hunted. Animals, not people. My parents never owned, or considered owning a semi automatic weapon. Why would you, unless you plan on shooting people? They are not used by any hunters I've ever met or heard of.

My dad was a cop, and I dated a cop for 6 1/2 yrs. A cop's loved one's biggest fears, are what transpired in Oakland a few weeks ago, and then around the country. Live in that fear, day in and day out, and then tell me that a ban on them is not a good thing!

Never heard of a magazine (paper one at least) that can kill people, so I'm not quite sure what your point is in equating the two. Makes no sense to me.
