One of the funniest daily show's I've seen in a long time. Definitely left-leaning but really worth watching. Not as many tea-bagging jokes!
First, Jon explains how the left and right have switched places

Secondly, John Oliver interviews protesters trying to understand how they could forget how his country worked so hard to be tyrranical.

Was a great episode til Ben Afflecks interview at the end... man he's really not very good.

I liked that he stated MSNBC is the Daily Show, which he frequently reminds everybody is not real news. When people congratulate him on being a great news source, his response is always something like "that is so sad".
But it is quite sad that a show that did not go after left protesters in the same manner, went after right protesters the very first time out. Normally the joke would have been how unaware Bush was of the people. Now the joke is how unaware the people are of Obama?
Earth to comedians. Obama can be your satirical focal point. Why did the rules all of the sudden change? Afraid of ending up on the DHS enemies list?

John Stewart is a committed lefty with his own agenda. It is sad when comedy shows and comedians feel the need to ploiticize fun and laughter.

Jeez, it's a openly left show. They don't try to hide it. He wears his political views on his sleeves. I thought the overall point was pretty funny. CNN is Foxnews, Foxnews is CNN, and MSNBC is collegehumor.com

I agree, its not as if Stewart claims to be some moderate, and then does his show from a left point of view.
Stewart is plain funny as hell, I dont care who you are.

Well I thought it was completely hilarious. Anyone on here who wants to chastise Jon Stewart for being a comedian who leans left is just never going to find him funny anyway, so there's no point in trying to convince them that he's entertaining.
"You go into our museums and it's all stolen! Our museums are basically an active crime scene."
Thanks for posting these videos!

JO: "Thumb screws for a start, I don't see any thumb screws. They don't have the balls to use them"
Protestor: "Of course they do, what do you think the IRS is for? The IRS is the country's thumb screws."
JO: "Oh please that's a metaphorical thumbscrew, we actually took thumbs and screwed them"

"It was both."
"I'm telling you that grammatically cannot be correct!"

Can you all imagine a conservative comedy show? Scary. I think it would be so offensive as to be canceled. Not too much humor comes from the party of hate, theft and torture.
The Daily Show with Jon Stewart is a great show.
I concur with this statement.

(I'm not a Rush fan! This was his shining moment after he claimed all drug users should go to jail yet he did not...pure comedy.)
