$175 for that little error. It was a total scam. They quoted me $35 service fee and "$55 and up" depending on the type of lock. How convenient they decided I had a "complicated" lock and charged me $140 instead of $55. Total frigging scam.

Yeah, sounds like it. Don't feel bad, I got scammed in December when I had to get towed and they told me the car wouldn't make it back to my apt. Ended up costing me $230.

And it's like, what can you do? It was basically pay up or stay locked outside. I could have just paid the service fee and then had someone else come but they could have been scam merchants as well.
