Certainly is true for the rich people who use cocaine.
However, Mama_Basseteer's theory doesn't hold up when we consider that many poor people are also using crack/cocaine.

Wow, I am shocked by that. He did not look like someone who was using cocaine!
More like someone that enjoyed good food. He wasn't skinny or all sucked up, he looked healthy.

I did not say that, I was saying that he did not look like someone who was a regular user....guess what, they start to get too skinny and become unhealthy.
It goes with the territory, it's called abuse.
