I'm really beginning to like the Taylor Marsh site. It's great to see her address this new issue that's been brought up. It sickens me that he is able to throw some money into some ads and the community flocks to him like sheep needing a shepherd. Of course, when he gets their votes and he doesn't need them anymore, the we the sheep will have to look elsewhere. I hope that members of the GLBTQ community do the research or ask questions. He's NOT a leader for us!

Taylor Marsh is very good. She critiques Obama in the way he needs to be. She doesn't miss a trick. Any gay or lesbian person who votes for Obama is a fool who hasn't done their research! Obama places a few glossy ads in key publications and knows, unfortunately, that he will be able to successfully lure some unthinking and uninformed voters his way. Those of us who know better know won't fall for this shameless ploy.

I actually took her posting and used it as a MySpace bulletin with the above image. It's a great interpretation of his stances and really speaks volumes.

This goes back to Tuesday when he's giving his "closing" and talks about "race, religion, etc." and never includes orientation in there. The GLBTQ community wasn't good enough to include on Tuesday. And then he throws a couple bucks to the community in the form of ads and thinks it's enough. My question, where were these ads when he had all this money coming in back in January through February? Why now?

I guess he thinks that GLBTQ membes fell off the stage yesterday. I can assure you I fell off last week, right before he came in for one of those big rallies. I guess I had a fainting spell! LOL :D

His campaign referred to these ads as the "icing on the cake"! Can you believe it? Such arrogance. Disgusting. Like as though he/they thought they had succesffully lured all other voting groups, and had a bit of spare money, so he/they spat a few dollars on the LGBT community as "icing on the cake". Filthy. Shameless. And extremely transparent.

"Icing on the cake?" You have to be kidding me! I don't think the term arrogance is strong enough to use. I'm really tempted to send his campaign an email and let them know of my thoughts in relation to his effort. It may fall on blind eyes, but it's worth getting my comments out there to them.

IF he's the nominee, just wait until he encounters "gay Republicans." They can't be bought with a few ads.

This is sickening. I wonder how he feels about the Houston Area Stonewall Democrats endorsing Hillary. :p

Yes, thankfully they weren't fooled by a few last-minute glossy ads!
