....To the United States Corps of Cadets, and most of all, the Class of 2010 - it is a singular honor to serve as your Commander-in-Chief. As your Superintendent indicated, under our constitutional system my power as President is wisely limited. But there are some areas where my power is absolute. And so, as your Commander-in-Chief, I hereby absolve all cadets who are on restriction for minor conduct offenses. (Applause.) Someone told a joke that was previously told before by someone else. This is nothing new, it's been going on since the beginning of time, or whenever the very first joke was ever told. Even professional comedians do it, and it's okay, so long as the comedian adds his or her own flavor to the joke and makes it their own. Obama did that. Plus, his delivery and timing were a lot better.

Yeah, repeating speeches, statements, jokes of someone else happens all the time and not giving credit is beneath the president. He wants people to think it is all his idea!

Also, why isn't Obama giving the commencement? Handing this off to Biden diminishes the importance of our Navy, or something.
