At the Brookings Institute today, she'll be expanding on the diplomatic aspects of the new National Security Strategy.
This is an alert, no link yet, she hasn't given the speech.
She's doing SUCH a great job in her office. I can't wait to read the speech!

I agree! She looked like she hadn't had time for a haircut. They really keep her on the run, although I'm sure she makes most of her own scheduling decision. She's always had a scary work ethic.

I actually like her hairstyle...it just needed a little fluffing is all. Damn, she looked tired. I don't know how she keeps that pace up and she's not known to be a frequent vacationer either.
