STEELTON, Penn. (AP) — Democrat Barack Obama lashed out Sunday at rival Hillary Rodham Clinton, mocking her sudden vocal support for gun rights and saying he understands the concerns of working class people.

"She knows better. Shame on her. Shame on her," Obama told an audience at a union hall here.

The Illinois senator has spent two days on the defensive after comments he made at a San Francisco fundraiser suggesting working class people are bitter about their economic circumstances and "cling to guns and religion" as a result. Clinton has pounded him for the remarks, calling him "elitist and divisive."

After reiterating his regret for his choice of words, Obama turned the tables on Clinton — mocking, among other things, her sudden fealty to the rights of gun owners.

"She is running around talking about how this is an insult to sportsman, how she values the second amendment. She's talking like she's Annie Oakley," Obama said, invoking the famed female sharpshooter immortalized in the musical "Anne Get Your Gun."

Obama continued, saying "Hillary Clinton is out there like she's on the duck blind every Sunday. She's packing a six-shooter. Come on, she knows better. That's some politics being played by Hillary Clinton."

But, according to Obama, I should be one of those "bitter middle class people". what Hillary needs to do to counter Barack's statements is tell the people ALL she has done for the middle class to show her genuine want to help average Americans..ie healthcare, educational reform, veterans benefits, safe families and adoption acts, her want for a Czar on poverty, Bill's projects in new orleans etc. and contrast that with Barack's records. Hillary should say, "Barack says I'm an out of touch, perpetuating this idea that I don't care about average Americans, but let me point out that I have a long record of doing so..For instance...." Then in the end, she should talk about his district in Chicago, the Rezko dealings, and how people in his own city are living in slums with no electricity. She should say, how could a man who propose to be so in touch with the poor and average American, allow such atrocities in his own districts. When he is confronted about it, his response is another "I didn't know."

Barack is sending out this message that he is in touch with people because he knows of their problems and what to do to solve them. He essentially is sayin he relates to them and will work for them. However, when you look at his records, it is pretty thin in Philanthropy. He even donated only 0.4-1.0% of his income to charities for 6 years. His so called community organizing can hardly be documented. Nobody ever says any details about it including himself. Maybe because he is lying about it? (Google : Obama exposed as a fraud)...If Hillary demonstrate that, it will make Obama look bad because again all he has is words.

Right now he is using psychology to manipulate people and most people can't see it. He is using the victim card right now. He is portraying himself as someone who is attacked by the evil Hillary and then acting out a type of frustration to gain sympathy. When his audience feels that sympathy, he tries to use uplifting adjectives to raise their spirits and have a "will you stand with me" attitude. Then in that moment, people once again are duped. How dare Hillary attack this man fighting for us, is what they will think...I think what is sad is that people and of course his supporters do not see the whole picture. They don't see how the words he chooses is cleverly chosen to incite emotions and to appeal to their senses, so that it becomes harder to be objective. In doing this, Americans do not even hear the issues.

Abigail reached men through their mothers, wives and daughters, preaching to the women, "All the laws recognize the husband and wife as 'one', and the
husband is that 'one', the wife is legally 'dead'...now is the time for women to
rise up and secure their full and complete enfranchisement."

The women of Wyoming were the first to be given equal political rights in 1869followed by Colorado in 1893, and three years later by Utah & Idaho. The men of Oregon finally succumbed to Abigail and the times, granting women
the right to vote in 1912.

Voters can see what Barack has done and is doing in this. One of the PA voters I spoke with today recognized that it was McCain who brought up what he said first, and made direct reference to him, and that Hillary did not make direct reference AT ALL.
