If Folkwolf101 is too funky, you can call me Chris. About myself: I am an upper middle class San Franciscan white male with two master degrees and now earning over 100K a year. I mention all this because by contemporary demographic analysis, I should be supporting either John McCain for the tax breaks or Barack Obama for the snooty, PC liberal, intellectual elitism. But, that's just not me. Hillary had my vote the moment she said, "I'm in it to win it." I love Hillary, and I admire her for all her wit, strength, compassion, and brilliance. She certainly has the fastest brains on Capital Hill. Yes, Yes, Yes, Hillary reaches out to a great many people, including San Franciscans like me. We recognize that our country is in dire straights, and she is not the most qualified candidate, she is the most deserving. She has always worked so very hard, and fought the whole way through.
I attended her breakfast in San Francisco late last month. Got a picture. Wow, she was so electrifying, definitely a good venue for her: a night too small ballroom where her voice could feel intimate. She was so full of energy, it was as though she were reciting a poem, though everything she said came straight out of her head without notes. Meanwhile, I have only recently stopped donating to her cause as I have reached the $2,300 plateau limit. Kind of seems a bit unfair that it can't go higher. (Now, I have to give money to friends who also want to donate to her website.) :D
I am glad to have found this forum and am enjoying reading through the communcal love, excitement, and hard work. Let us push on, for Hillary!
