My mother called me yesterday upset at the new Obama commercial on the tv. She said it said President Barack Obama. I could not believe my ears! I saw it for myself and sure enough in big letters on the left lower side, that is what it said!


How on earth is he getting away with this? Please call, email, write to someone, I don't know who. If you live here, you can write the tv station you see it on. I just didn't know you could call yourself President when you are not!

Just on the face it, I am not sure how that is legal. Impersonating, or assuming the role of, the Office of the Presidency to discuss governmental issues, whether it be a political campaign, or otherwise. The periods do not cause enough distinction from what the ad subliminally purports.

With regard to contacting the federal agencies, WE NEED A CASE #, or FILE #, and specific info as to which laws or regulations our claim refers. It's up to the agency involved to provide that info. Saying something has been reported is not as strong as saying it is "under official investigation." A case number signifies that it's the real deal, regardless of outcome.

One way to get the agencies to take action is to tell them you want to do the same thing, your name- President., or your name -U.S. Senator, or your name - Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Lack of action on the part of agency, sets a precedent of acceptability, and grants permission to all. That's the part they won't like. lol
Sometimes, when they lack a sense of urgency, you have extend the logic with a laundry list of examples until they outright tell you, that you cannot do the same thing.

The Republicans I know (and there are many unfortunately) support Hillary over Obama because they think Obama is THAT BAD. They don't want to risk Obama actually winning the election and ruining the country. Most Republicans are not Limbaugh....most care enough about their country not to risk an Obama win (many many are moderates and were considering a Dem this year due to Bush's failures - they would NEVER consider Obama though - some I think would consider Hillary...she's the better candidate). There is an Annenberg Foundation media watchdogging group. They are mostly about news.. but they may care enough to take this up bec it affects public causes so closely.

PBS also may take it up.
