It makes me very sad to see the Ground Zero with that funeral-like music. I had to switch it off.

Yes, I went to visit ground zero in December. It was incredibly moving and sad. Across the street a church, cemetery that stood untouched, while a musician played softly in the background. You couldn't help but get choked up while standing there, reliving the moments of that day, days following. New York, in the financial district as I remember it years before had vanished, but the painful memories of 9/11 remained and everything this day stands for is etched in our minds and hearts. These people, this building needs to be remembered. It is fitting that the pope is there. Nothing tv could ever show, prepares you for seeing what was once there.
