Read it and assess for yourself...!!!???

What hope is there for Hillary when there are masses of people out there who actually believe that Obama is the next messiah!!!

It's becoming a religion...I thought it was 2008. Seems I was wrong.

Seems that some humans still have a desperate need for a human God...And it seems that Obama is their man...What is going on?????????????

THINK PEOPLE!!!

I got into a civil conversation with one of Obama supporter. He wanted to know why many of Hillary's supporters don't trust that Obama can bring change.

So I show him this article. And he said "I believe Obama WAS sent by God to save America!" And from his profile, I think he is probably a black guy, 25-30 years old. So young, and so easy to fall for the message.

And this is where his message is potentially very damaging. A political figure should not ever present him or herself as the leader of any "movement". I thin O's platform of "One America" dismisses the very real inequalities faced and experienced by different social groups within the USA. He talks of "One America" yet he has actively courted African-Americans for their votes and has won them with big margins. How angry they should feel if he then dismisses the structural inequalities faced by African-Americans and fails to fight for the very group of people that has been instrumental to his political success over the past month.

This video is very well done I think. This guy asks the questions the media refuses to ask. And the questions many of O's voters don't want to know about either.

This is what I posted on the 11th on a different board but it looks like more people are coming to see the same thing:

I was sitting here thinking about it and he scares me. He seems more like a preacher then a candidate and still he says nothing of importance when he speaks on television. He's starting to appear more and more like a Bushesque puppet to me and it worries me at who may be the puppetmaster.

Not even sure why I keep trying to get something out of what he says...have yet to hear a clear plan or message over the last few months and he keeps refusing debates so that I could possibly hear something with substance and not just buzzwords. I don't understand the fascination but the sheep mentality of people just blindly following him is disturbing.

I just read an article where some actor guy stated: "Nothing is more fundamentally powerful than how I felt when I met him. I stood, my hand embraced in his, and ... I felt something ... something that I can only describe as an overpowering sense of Hope." So now Obama is the messiah?

Bloodanna - there are more and more people coming to the same conclusion. Take a look at these articles. They provide very interesting reading:

This is truly frightening. A lot of people in this country scare the hell out of me with how they make and what they base their decisions on, just like they did when Bush was elected for a second term!

The masses have been psychologically manipulated by a very deceptive Obama campaign. He and his campaign team developed a strategy to lure and occupy the minds of several core groups, including: young people, African-Amercian people, guilty educated White liberals, and Oprah-watching housewives. And many have fallen for it! But not all. People are starting to wake up from their Obama-induced stupor! Hopefully the tide is now turning back to REALITY!

Yes! And it bothers me even more when they keep saying he has the "young vote". Not all young voters support him! I definitely don't. They can't speak for me. It is unfortunate though to be around a big chunk of my generation and see them all jump on the bandwagon and not pay attention to the issues. It makes me wonder, where will our country be in the future when it is in the hands of my generation?:confused:

As a young person, I was leaning towards Obama. He seemed Fresh and New and was against the war. But after I thought about it, what do I really know about Obama? Maybe not knowing is a good thing.

Obama is the Hot, Popular Girl in School everyone drools over. Yes, it's great going on a couple of dates with her until you get to know her. Then you discover that the allure was the beauty and the mystery, but there is NO way you're Marrying her.

Hillary is the marrying kind of gal. She's not flashy and not into Designer
Clothes and Hot Spot Clubs, but she's the kind that will work hard and help you raise a family.

I guess, for me, I had my last minute fling, but I did the honorable thing and
picked the girl I know will raise Our Country!

Precisely.

Obama is the cheap thrill, the temporary affair, which we all know will eventually come to a crashing halt in the same way that all affairs do. The honeymoon will end, guaranteed.

Hillary is your partner, the long-term friend who will be there no matter what. Not as immediately exciting as the hot affair but infinitely more stable, enduring and satisfaying.

I know which I prefer!

Seems Hillary has been cheated on yet again. First it was Bill. Now it's Obama and the unthinkig public cheating on her. I'd be angry if I was her.

Hopefully justice will prevail.

The proof is that Obama has made it beyond thirty while not being discovered by the Christian Crusaders who would want to hang him on their cross.

Got to love that quote! No truer words were spoken.
