Question for any web programmer types here. I'm a programmer but web is far from my thing. How to these campaigns (in particular BO's) keep foreign donations (I realize some foreign donations are allowed but others are not) from coming in with things out there like anonymous IP? I know we write our names, addresses and email when we donate but I've never had anyone verify me. It's just something I've been becoming increasingly curious about.
